How it works
From booking to festive board — one system.
Add your venue & lodges
Register the hall and the lodges that meet there. Each lodge gets its own admin who runs their own events, members and site.
Embed widgets or publish a site
Drop the booking, events and members widgets onto any website — or publish a ready-made, beautifully styled venue or lodge website.
Manage everything in one place
Hire, events, meals, members, payments and reports — with venue and lodge figures kept neatly separate.
See it in action
Everything TylerHQ does, in under two minutes.
A quick tour of both sides — running your lodge (events, festive-board table plans, summons, members and payments) and running your hall (bookings, payment links and your shared calendar). Then buy your plan and deploy the same day.

Everything in one place
Built for how lodges actually work.
Venue hire bookings
A public calendar with morning, afternoon and evening sessions, approvals, deposits and a 48-hour reservation hold.
Events & festive boards
Recurring meals, RSVPs, partners and guests — plus a printable festive-board sheet showing who's paid, owes, or is paying cash on the night.
Table plan builder
Drag real-size round, rectangle and top tables into your room — each adds or removes its place settings automatically, with a live count of total places. Seat people by name or by their office (the WM and officers land on the top table and re-seat themselves if officers change), then print it and publish so every member finds their seat on their phone.
Members & officers
Roles, office titles (Worshipful Master, Treasurer, Secretary…) and a member directory with contact details.
Embeddable widgets
Put your booking calendar, events listing and members area on any website, themed to match — no developer needed.
Hosted websites
A polished public website per venue and per lodge, on a subdomain or your own custom domain, with three layouts to choose from.
Found on Google, built in
Every page gets an auto-written, town-anchored title and description, clean headings, a sitemap and local-business schema (your address + map) — built from your details, so you show up in local searches with no SEO plugin to buy.
Recognised members
A visiting brother booking another lodge's night is recognised automatically and their details pre-filled — across the whole platform.
Membership recruitment
A “Join” path on every site routes enquiries to the right lodge, landing in a tidy enquiry inbox.
Payments, done right
Each lodge connects its own Stripe for events and meals; venue-hire fees go to the venue's. TylerHQ never holds the money.
Clear reporting
Separate venue and lodge figures — collected, outstanding, upcoming and who still needs to settle.
Festive board seating
Lay out the whole room in minutes
Drag your tables into the hall and seat the brethren — by name, or by their office. Print it for the night, and every member finds their own seat on their phone.
Tables that manage their own seats
Drag in real-size round, rectangle and top tables — each adds or removes its place settings as you arrange the room.
Seat by name — or by office
Drop the Worshipful Master and officers onto the top table by their office; they re-seat themselves if the officers change.
Auto-seat the rest in one click
Placed your top table and any must-sit-together brethren? One tap fills every remaining seat with the rest of the brothers.
A live count of places
See total places available and how many are seated as you go, so you always know if everyone fits.
Printed — and on every phone
Print it for the night, and publish so each member just taps “find my seat”.
One fraternity, one network
A brother's welcome at every table.
When a visiting Mason books another lodge's festive board, TylerHQ recognises him the moment he enters his name and lodge — verified across the whole network, his details filled in and marked member confirmed. No forms to repeat, no “and who's this guest?”.
The more venues and lodges join, the easier visiting becomes for everyone — effortless cross-lodge bookings, the way the Craft actually meets.
- Recognised across lodges automatically
- Details pre-filled and member-verified
- Stronger with every venue that joins

Less admin, more Craft
It saves you time, not just money
Running a lodge is a volunteer job on top of everything else. TylerHQ quietly does the repetitive parts — chasing, collecting, reminding, updating — so your Secretary and Treasurer get their evenings back. Set it up once; it just keeps happening.
Chasing subs & dues
Emailing round everyone who hasn't paid, then chasing again.
→Reminders go out on their own until each member has paid.
Collecting & reconciling
Banking cheques and ticking a spreadsheet of who's settled.
→Members pay online; it's marked paid and reconciled instantly.
The summons
Typing, printing, stuffing envelopes and posting the summons.
→Generate it and email everyone — PDF attached — in one click.
Festive board RSVPs
Collecting replies by text and counting cash on the night.
→Members RSVP and pay online; you get a live paid / owes / cash list.
Returning & visiting brethren
Re-typing the same members' details over and over.
→Recognised automatically and pre-filled — across the whole platform.
Website & diary
Updating the website and the calendar by hand, twice over.
→Publish once — your site, calendar and members' diary keep themselves current.
Reports for the meeting
Totting up collected, outstanding and takings on a calculator each month.
→One-click printable reports — paid, owed and income, ready for the meeting.
Monies raised for charity
Keeping the charity total in a notebook and reading it out.
→Log each amount; running totals and a printable charity record build themselves.
Brother directory
One flat paper list of names and numbers — and nothing more.
→Three directories in one — for the Lodge, for Business, and for Support — always current.
That’s hours back every month — time for the Craft, not the paperwork.
Why not just use a CRM?
Stop forcing a square peg into a round hole
The alternative is stitching together a general CRM, a website builder, an events tool, a mailing list, a booking app and accounting — six logins, six bills, your members typed in six times, and a volunteer Secretary left holding it all together. None of it was built for the Craft. TylerHQ is every bit of it in one place, made for Freemasonry, for a fraction of the price.
The usual way
A stack of separate apps
Tick what you’d otherwise pay for. Each is a separate login, bill and export.
- A separate login and password for every one
- Six bills, six renewal dates to chase
- Your member list, re-typed into each of them
- None of them talk to each other — you're the glue
- And not one was built for Freemasonry
It’s a square peg in a round hole — general business software, bent to fit a lodge.
The TylerHQ way
One system, built for the Craft
Everything on the left — and everything below — in one login, for
£25 /mo with your own website +VAT
One login. One bill. One place — cut to shape for the Craft.
Plus what no CRM does
- Summons & convocations (PDF + email)
- Festive boards, with a table-plan builder
- Officers & office titles (WM, Treasurer…)
- Subscriptions / dues, chased automatically
- Men's / ladies' / mixed constitutions
- Order filtering (Craft, Royal Arch…)
- Visiting-brother recognition across lodges
- Hall + resident-lodge structure, kept separate
Comparison figures are typical entry-level monthly costs for each kind of tool (indicative, 2026) — your own choices may vary. TylerHQ is £25/mo +VAT for a lodge with its own website; a page on the hall’s hub is just £12.50/mo +VAT.

Still have questions?
Good. Here are the answers.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Add your venue and lodges, paste the widgets onto your site or publish a hosted one — no developer, no waiting.
Do we need our own website already?
No. Embed the widgets on any existing site, or let TylerHQ host a polished website for your venue and for each lodge.
Can each lodge have its own site and branding?
Yes — every lodge gets its own site, theme, subdomain or custom domain, run by its own admin, while the venue keeps oversight.
How do payments work?
Each lodge connects its own Stripe for events and meals; venue-hire fees go to the venue's account. TylerHQ never holds your money.
Can you set it all up for us?
Yes — our done-for-you service builds, brands and deploys each lodge's website for a one-off fee per site. You just hand over the details.
Can we lay out the seating for a festive board?
Yes — a drag-and-drop table plan builder. Set your room size and drop in real-size round, rectangle and top tables; each table adds or removes its own place settings as you arrange it, and a running total shows how many places you have. Seat people by name, or by their office — the Worshipful Master and officers land on the top table and re-seat themselves if the officers change. Add or remove individual seats (handy for a one-sided top table), then print it for the night and publish so every attendee finds their own seat on their phone.
Is our members' data kept private?
Yes. Each lodge only sees its own members and figures; contact details are shared only within the lodge.
We'd have to put this to a vote — how do we justify the cost?
It's tiny per member. A page on the hall's hub is just £12.50/mo +VAT for the whole lodge — split across the members that's a few pounds each a year, less than one festive board, and the lodge gets the full management system. An easy proposal to carry.
How is the cost split between the lodges at our hall?
There's no splitting to sort out. The hall pays £25/mo +VAT for its Hub, and each lodge or chapter pays for its own seat on its own card — £12.50/mo for a Lodge/Chapter Page / Widgets, or £25/mo for its own Full Lodge/Chapter Website. No one ever fronts the bill for another, and if one lapses it only affects that one. Lodges and chapters that aren't on TylerHQ can still be listed in your hall's menu for free — as a name, or linked to their own website.
Is it really simple enough for our less technical members?
That's the whole point. TylerHQ is purpose-built for lodges and written for the biggest technophobe — plain language, one thing per screen, and a help button on every page. If you'd rather not touch it at all, we'll set it up for you.
