Cookies are small files stored on your device. TylerHQ uses only the cookies it needs to work and to stay secure — we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

1. The cookies we use

• Essential — authentication & session.Keep you signed in and maintain your session as you move around the dashboard. Without these the Service can’t work.
• Essential — security. Cloudflare Turnstile and our anti-abuse measures use cookies/tokens to tell humans from bots and protect forms and logins.
• Functional — preferences.Remember small choices such as your cookie decision and which admin context (venue or lodge) you’re viewing.

Because these are strictly necessary or functional and we run no advertising trackers, they are exempt from prior consent under UK PECR — but we still tell you about them and let you decline non-essential ones.

2. Stripe

When you pay, Stripe (our payment processor) may set its own cookies to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. See Stripe’s privacy and cookie information at stripe.com.

3. Managing cookies

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via our banner, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Note that blocking essential cookies will stop you being able to sign in.

4. Changes

We’ll update this policy if our cookie use changes.
